Shipping Methods

At checkout, you’ll be presented with several shipping options based on your package’s weight and destination. These may include services from FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Business days only: All shipping times shown are in business days and exclude Saturday, Sunday, and holiday delivery.

Address Requirements

  • FedEx shipments must be sent to a physical address.
  • For delivery to a P.O. Box or A.P.O. address, you must select USPS

Expected to Ship Date

The “Expected to Ship By” date on each product page indicates when we anticipate your order will leave our warehouse. This date is an estimate, and your order may ship slightly earlier or later. The expected ship date for each product will also be included in your order confirmation email, and you will receive the relevant tracking number(s) once your order ships.

Shipping Costs & Taxes

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Rates are determined by the delivery address and package weight.

Order Updates

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the expected ship date for your item(s). Subsequent email(s) with tracking details will also be sent to you.

Express Shipping

In some locations, you may have the option to upgrade to express 1-day shipping. Please note: rush shipping shortens transit time only—it does not reduce order fulfillment time. Your confirmation email will indicate the expected ship date.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, The Store is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather or FedEx/USPS service disruptions.
